Yeni meslek ve becerilerin olu?mas?, yeni çal??ma biçimlerinin uygulanmas? gibi ç?kt?lar? olan çal??ma ya?am?ndaki dönü?üm sürecinin iyi bir ?ekilde analiz edilmesi, çal??ma ya?am?na yönelik uygulanacak politikalar ad?na oldukça önemlidir. Bu çal??ma kapsam?nda, dönü?en i?gücü piyasas?nda talebi artan mesleklere istihdam sa?layabilecek lisans bölümlerinde kay?tl? ö?rencilerin cinsiyet da??l?mlar? incelenerek, ülkemizdeki kad?n istihdam?n?n gelece?ine yönelik bir yorum ortaya koyulabilmesi amaçlanm??t?r. Yap?lan inceleme, talebi artan mesleklerde kad?n i?gücünün istihdam edilmesi aç?s?ndan önemli sorunlar bulundu?unu göstermektedir. Bu sorunlar?n giderilmesi ad?na yüksekö?retim odakl? e?itim politikalar?n?n geli?tirilerek güncelle?tirilmesi, e?itim ve istihdam politikalar? aras?nda bir denge olu?turulmas? ve ba?ta aileler olmak üzere toplumun gelece?in çal??ma ya?am?na dair bilinçlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.

Abstract
A good analysis of the transformation process in working life, which has outputs such as the formation of new professions and skills and the implementation of new working styles, is very important for the policies to be implemented for working life. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to analyze the gender distribution of students enrolled in undergraduate departments that can provide employment in occupations with increasing demand, and to put forward an interpretation of the future of women's employment in our country. The analysis shows that there are significant problems in terms of the employment of female labor force in occupations with increasing demand. In order to overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop and higher education-oriented education policies, to create a balance between education and employment policies, and to raise awareness of society, especially families, about the future working life.
