Öz/Özet

Dijital ekonomi genel olarak “robotlaştırma” ve “platform ekonomi” kavramları ile açıklanmaktadır. Evde, kamusal alanda, internet ve diğer ICT teknolojileri ile kullanılan geleneksel olmayan çalışma ortamları yeni istihdam biçimleri (sanal istihdam) olarak ifade edilmektedir.  Bu yeni çalışma biçimlerinin ortaya çıkışı, alışılmamış işyerlerini, farklı teknolojilerin kullanımını ve yeni sözleşmeye dayalı düzenlemeleri birleştiren yeni istihdam biçimlerini beraberinde getirmiştir. Çalışmamızın amacı, hızla gelişmekte olan dijitalleşen ekonomi kavramı üzerinde durularak ortaya çıkan yeni çalışma biçimlerinin işgücü piyaslarına etkisinin kavramsal olarak değerlendirilmesidir. Teorik kavram tartışması literatür taraması ve betimsel analiz yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen çalışmamız bu alanda yeni kavramları ve sistemi ele alarak değerlendimeler içermesi açısından önemlidir. Çalışmada endüstri 4.0 sürecinin unsurları ile birlikte işgücü piyasalarının dijital ekonomi ile ilişkili olarak yeniden kurgulanması gerektiği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract

Digital economy is generally explained by the concepts of "robotization" and "platform economy". Non-traditional working environments which use the Internet and other ICT technologies at home, in the public domain, are expressed as new forms of employment (virtual employment). The emergence of these new forms of work brought new forms of employment, combining unconventional workplaces, use of different technologies and new contractual arrangements. The purpose of our study is to conceptually evaluate the effect of new forms of work emerging by focusing on the rapidly developing digitalizing economy concept. Our study, which is carried out with the theoretical concept discussion, literature review and descriptive analysis method, is important in terms of including evaluations by addressing new concepts and the system. In the study, it was concluded that the labor markets should be reconstructed in relation to the digital economy along with the elements of the industry 4.0 process.
